Answer A: One,
because it does not have a Main Verb, the sentence is just one phrase.
Answer B: Yes,
it is the Main Verb Has (Having)

Infinitive
Infinitive is a
verb when followed by another verb infinitive forms require as complementary,
verbs Among them are:
Want, Beg, Mean,
Propose, Allow, Intend, Urge, Need, Advice, Require, Decide, Tell / teach, Invite,
Ask, Expect, Hope and Support.
Structure of

Example
sentence: I want to say That I need money.

Gerund (-ing
Form)
Verbs when
followed by another verb, verb that follows should be shaped V-ing. Verbs

Conditional
Conditional
sentence by sentence modality is also called, is used to express something that
may happen or may not happen as expected. 3 types to form the
structure:

Conditional Sentence Type 1
If + Subject + V.1,
S + Will + V.1
Example :
If I prepare
well for the test I will pass it.

Conditional Sentence Type 2
If + Subject +
V.2 / Were + S + M2 + V.1
M.2 : Would,
could, should, etc.
